We believe it is important that therapists can easily visualize their availability throughout the day, including free and blocked time.<\/h2>\n\n

In our calendar, this is possible thanks to an intuitive user interface that visually displays occupied and free time blocks.<\/p>\n\n

This makes it easy for therapists to distinguish between their free time for planning new appointments and time blocked for other activities.<\/h2>\n\n

This feature gives them better control over their schedule, so they can plan their day efficiently and avoid overlapping appointments.<\/p>\n\n

Below is a step-by-step process for creating a time block in the calendar, as well as an explanatory video.<\/h2>\n\n

Steps to follow<\/h2>\n\n

  1. Go to the “Calendar” section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the “Settings” tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Option 1 (dragging with the mouse)<\/h2>\n\n

    1. Select the number of time blocks (15 minutes for each cell) for the desired day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Enter a name in the “Title” field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Assign the block to the desired therapist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Finally, click on the “Save” button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Option 2 (using the “New lock” button)<\/h2>\n\n

      1. Select the desired day in the “Day” menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Fill in the “Block from” and “Block to” fields with the desired times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Assign the lock to the desired therapist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Fill in the “Recursive” field and specify how often you want to repeat the block.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Finally, click on the “Save” button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
