The transition from physical patient records to a digital version has revolutionized the way therapists and doctors manage patient information.<\/p>\n\n

How can I view the patient file?<\/h2>\n\n

Steps to follow<\/h2>\n\n

  1. Go to the “Calendar” section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the appointment for the patient in question by clicking on it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Then click on the “Fill out” button to call up the corresponding form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. You can perform the following actions on the tab:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    • Add treatments (previously created).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Add further (previously created) products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Add warnings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Add remarks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Add syndrome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Add (previously created) Western diagnoses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Upload files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Add general diagnoses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Use various instruments to complete the diagnosis:\n

      2. Pulse<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Acupuncture<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Information on<\/li>\n\n\n\n
