Steps to follow<\/h2>\n\n

  1. Go to the “Configuration” section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the “Edit Questionnaires” button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the “Edit” button of the questionnaire you wish to edit and a form will open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on the “Title” field and edit the name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click on the “Treatments” drop-down menu and edit the treatment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Edit the questions by clicking on the field of the question you want to change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Write further questions by clicking on the “Add question” button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. To delete a question, click on the “Delete” button below the question you wish to delete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Delete the questionnaire by clicking on the “Delete” button at the bottom of the form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. To save your changes, click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
